1. General Refund Principles

Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our digital services, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have before escalating to a refund request.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Project has not yet commenced and a written cancellation request is received within 48 hours of payment
  • Professional Ways fails to deliver the agreed service within the contracted timeline without prior communication
  • The delivered work substantially deviates from the agreed project scope without resolution after revision rounds

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Client changes their mind after project work has commenced
  • Client fails to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals, causing project delays
  • Dissatisfaction with results that were delivered as per the agreed scope
  • Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, stock images, or ad spend
  • SEO services — results cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of search engine algorithms
  • Completed and delivered projects where no objection was raised within 7 days of delivery

4. Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled mid-way through development, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work not yet completed. The assessment will be made by Professional Ways and communicated to the client in writing.

5. Revision Policy

Before a refund is considered, we offer a revision process:

  • Web Design and UI/UX: Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in the standard package
  • SEO Services: Monthly reporting and strategy adjustments are provided
  • Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are charged separately

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please:

  • Clearly describe the reason for your refund request in writing
  • Allow 7 business days for review and response

All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to first contact us directly to reach an amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in accordance with Swedish law.
