3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Professional Ways, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for the completion of the project
- Grant necessary access to relevant accounts, platforms, or systems as required
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeline
- Make timely payments as outlined in the payment agreement
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by Professional Ways remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership is transferred to the client as agreed in the project contract. Professional Ways reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all shared information, including business strategies, client data, pricing, and proprietary information. This obligation continues even after the completion of the project.
6. Limitation of Liability
Professional Ways shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 14 days. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by the Refund Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
9. Changes to Terms
Professional Ways reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
